The property consists of five interconnected buildings, linked by pergolas, pathways, courtyards, and gardens lush with Mediterranean vegetation. The main terrace features a stunning infinity pool, flanked on one side by a wooden deck, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing after a refreshing swim. Behind the pool, under an impressive 150-square-meter pergola, you’ll find an inviting outdoor lounge, a bar area, and a dining space – the true focal point of this splendid villa, ideal for gathering, unwinding, and socializing, sheltered from the wind and with the sea just steps away.
The interiors of Meadows are elegant and refined, dominated by warm wood tones, creating a cozy and luxurious ambiance without excess. The furnishings are carefully selected to align with the overall atmosphere, ensuring the highest quality and harmony. The main building houses airy and bright communal areas that open to the sea through large sliding glass doors, as well as three comfortable bedrooms. All bedrooms boast sea views and open onto a delightful inner courtyard with lemon and hibiscus trees, pomegranates, and primroses. The stone building at the western end of the property contains two separate guest houses, each equipped with a living room that can convert into a bedroom for two children, a small kitchen, and a loft-style bedroom on the mezzanine level. Here too, sea views are guaranteed, offering guests in this part of the house a touch of extra privacy.
