The architecture of the house is a modern reinterpretation of classical Cycladic style, with exposed stone walls and a wing entirely dedicated to guest rooms, all positioned on the main level with access to the outside. The pool, with a dedicated hydro-massage corner, takes center stage, surrounded by a wooden platform with comfortable sun loungers. The well-appointed dining area, shaded by a pergola, is strategically positioned to maximize the stunning sea views, complete with a BBQ area and an adjacent bar corner. Additionally, there are two other very enjoyable relaxation areas, including the rooftop lounge area, ideal for sunset drinks while admiring the sea views from different angles.
The interiors of Avoca are fresh, bright, and of clear contemporary design, with great attention to detail and the most modern amenities. The furnishings and artisanal artifacts are highly interesting, adding character to each space with personalized touches that enhance the bedrooms and give the atmosphere an overall captivating and welcoming style. The best materials have been used without compromise, both in the common areas and in the bedrooms, which, with the exception of the master suite, are located in a dedicated wing of the property.
