Comprised of one large structure of five bedrooms, the home enjoys two master bedrooms – one being located on the ground level and the other located on the lower level (each enjoying sea views) allowing guests plenty of space. The configuration is designed in order to maximize privacy and encapsulate the sea views.
Villa Iris includes a fully equipped, modern kitchen and living area. There are both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Large modern bathrooms compliment the rest of the house. The outdoor areas have been thoughtfully created, which can be used for entertaining or if guests are seeking a relaxing space or privacy. The outdoor spaces include a dining area with bar, allowing guests to fully maximize the benefits of these stunning outdoor areas and incredible pool. The house is surrounded by a carefully planned garden which is beautifully displayed in the evenings with outdoor lighting.
