Rising on an extensive plot of land between the beaches of Lia and Kalafatis, Agave is a prime example of a combination of feats only a true connoisseur of Mykonos could spot, though its brilliance is undeniable even to those visiting the island for the first time.
The location grants great privacy while being within short distance from some of the more laid-back southern beaches, not to mention the extensive sea view stretching out over the Aegean. The main terrace unfolds to the front of the property, allowing the free-form, infinity pool to take up the most panoramic spot. True to its summer residence conception, the outdoor area was specifically designed to provide the perfect spaces for entertainment, relaxation or dining. An elegant dining table and adjacent lounge area are shaded by a grand pergola while stylish sun loungers and parasols surround the pool to soak in the Myconian sun.
A second lounge area was placed closer to the property's entrance, setting up a great spot to enjoy a few pages out one's favourite book. The interior decor of Agave embodies the term unique for its clever combination of Cycladic tradition with bright tones, original artefacts and signature furnishing throughout. The common areas are purposely separated from the bedrooms, true to the island's authentic architecture. The cozy and ever-so stylish living room spills directly onto the pool terrace while also connecting directly to the property's discrete, fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are split among the three levels of the main house and an independent guest studio, each appointed in a different dominant color.
Agave is an idyllic getaway for guests who appreciate a great sense of style and a location that lets them appreciate the true nature of summer life on Mykonos along with some its less known beaches to boot.
