As you approach the villa, the stunning white-washed exterior stands out against the rugged landscape and the deep blue sea, creating a mesmerizing and dream-like setting.
On the ground level, a magnificent infinity pool takes center stage, resembling a lagoon and adding an element of tranquility and serenity to the property. The pool's design allows it to seamlessly blend with the horizon, creating a seamless connection between the shimmering waters of the pool and the vast expanse of the sea, almost like a small blue waterfall. Surrounding the pool, two spacious wooden pergolas have been carefully placed to create comfortable lounge areas, ideal for relaxation and enjoying the Mediterranean sun. Another pergola, acting as an extension of the house, provides a shaded and sheltered corner for the outdoor dining area, perfect for hosting gatherings and savoring delicious barbecued meals.
Stepping inside, the ground floor welcomes you with its spacious and airy layout, the elegant sitting room is adorned with large and comfortable Paola Navone sofas, while on the other side of the floor, you will find the dining room and an open-plan Bulthaup kitchen, fully equipped with modern Gaggenau appliances. This level also boasts two double guest rooms, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom, completing the accommodation on this floor.
The property's design embraces the traditional Cycladic style with a modern twist, the combination of white plaster, wooden casings and ceilings, and cement mortar for the floors and bathrooms creates a cool and refreshing atmosphere. The minimalistic furniture and decor add to the overall ambiance, immersing guests in the charm of the Cycladic environment.
