Magnificent country property, located near Ferreries and Cala Galdana. The farm sits on a 108-hectare plot of land with orchards, fields and olive trees. The main house, as well as its outbuildings and the charming adjacent chapel, have been completely restored with great taste and always respecting the original elements that give it its authentic Menorcan character.
The property is accessed via an avenue flanked by pine trees, which takes us directly in front of the façade of the main building. Once here, you can access the house on the ground floor or by stairs to the right that take us to the first floor. From the ground floor, we access a spacious and very bright hall with several corner seating areas. From this hallway, we access three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of them being a family suite that has an adjacent bunk room.
Going up the stairs, we find ourselves on the first floor, which houses two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a small guest toilet-office and a very large hallway, which on one hand invites us to access the back exterior of the house and on the other to the common areas: a nice living room with two comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a charming independent reading corner, as well as a dining room with a long table and fireplace, located right in front of the kitchen exit.
The entire house has air conditioning, at the same time an adjustable heat pump in each room. At the back of the house, there is the outdoor dining room, surrounded by lush vegetation, as well as the pool area and its chill-out. Near the pool there is a small annex with household items, as well as good coolers for soft drinks and an ice refrigerator. Nearby there is also a separate room for massages and treatments, with its own air conditioning. The buildings are completed by a small and charming independent house with kitchenette, double room and bathroom, perfect for the service, and an annex where the 8 electric bicycles that are rented for a ride around the property or to the nearby beach of Cala Mitjana are stored.
