Lagoon is a freshly renovated private villa located in the exclusive area of Cap Martinet - a location that grants easy access to Talamanca beach, the Botafoch Marina (home to most of the island's yachts and charters) and last but not least the vibrant Ibiza Town.
The outdoor spaces stretch out to the front of the property, surrounded by perfectly maintained lawns and garden. The various levels of the front terrace are a succession of white geometrical forms, each duly enriched by natural inserts with palm trees of various heights and other plants typical of the Mediterranean vegetation. The stunning pool breaks free from the geometrical theme with its free form while stylish parasols cover the cozy sun beds placed on all levels of the terrace.
Separate lounge areas were conceived at opposite corners of the outdoor spaces for added privacy and relaxation. Indoors the renovation brought a very contemporary approach with a clever play on light and dark with a prevalence of black furnishing, dark wooden and entertaining artwork to contrast the ever dominant use of white surfaces. A thorough makeover that greatly enhanced the technology available to guests both in the common spaces - the kitchen doubles down as an inspiring gathering spot - and in the six bedrooms spread across the property.
