The restaurant operates with a philosophy of slow, intentional dining, respecting the rhythms of the land and sea by sourcing ingredients locally, including the daily catch and farm gathered herbs. Dining is split across multiple unique venues. Guests can enjoy lunch at the main restaurant with stunning sea views, or ascend to the open air hilltop bar for stargazing and signature cocktails crafted from herbal tinctures. In the evening, the Secret Garden provides a celestial atmosphere where seasonal dishes are prepared using ancient methods like open fires and clay vessels. For a casual beachside vibe, the Tipis area offers smoothies and flatbreads. Note that while bars and restaurants are open by reservation, highly sought after experiences like farm to fork feasts and private cooking classes are reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
