Salerosso is a destination for refined Italian gourmet cuisine located in the heart of Antiparos village. This beloved restaurant specializes in daily made pasta fresca and other classic Italian delicacies, offering a sophisticated culinary experience in a gentle summer atmosphere.

Salerosso is a fixture on Antiparos's gastronomic scene, combining authentic Italian culinary traditions with the island's charm. The restaurant was launched in 2012 by Executive Chef Rossella Ioppolo, a Sicily native who previously had a long career in Milano. Chef Rossella specializes in pasta of all shapes and origins and focuses on using the finest seasonal ingredients. A primary feature of the menu is the "pasta fresca," which is made daily inhouse using local ingredients and ground semola from Italy. In addition to pasta, the menu includes various meat dishes like Beef Fillet with brown gravy and Vitello Tonnato. The experience is perfected by Sommelier Michela Pessina, certified by the Italian Sommelier's Association. Michela expertly pairs Italian wines from across the country, often serving lighter, effervescent wines in summer. Located on Market Street, Salerosso operates seven days a week from 10 am to 10 pm, providing a consistent, high quality Italian gourmet option.
