Daphne lies on the southern coast of Paros, specifically in the area of Markia Myti, well known for being a waterfront location immersed in nature and privacy. The property fully embodies these characteristics with its easy access to a small sandy beach and the scenic views over the Aegean Sea while being conveniently located in the vicinity of the beach and former fisherman’s village of Alyki with its waterfront traditional tavernas.
Passing through the two units of the property one accesses the front terrace and is immediately greeted by broad, uninterrupted sea views enjoyable from every corner of the outdoor space. The infinity pool plays a central role being placed in the forefront and most panoramic position of the terrace, while a pergola providing a shaded sitting area and dining option was conceived a bit further back without compromising the panorama.
As previously mentioned Daphne was developed in two distinct units each with a different purpose. As a matter of fact the first unit hosts the living room idealized for entertainment and relaxation and the fully equipped kitchen connected directly to the indoor dining area. The second unit features the five en-suite bedrooms of the property, each with their own external entrance allowing for a good level privacy and in full respect of Cycladic traditional structures. Each bedroom is designed according to a different theme and is suite-inspired when it comes to being generous with space. The décor is sober, contrasting the typical white surfaces with colorful furnishing and decoration.
Daphne is the ideal setting for a group of friends or a family who above all wish to live the true Cycladic experience, sensational position and views mixed with modern comforts and generous spaces.
