DESCRIPTION
The concept behind the design of this stunning property, perched in an elevated location between the beaches of Super Paradise and Agrari, is best defined with “the best of both worlds”. Architects Ed Tuttle and local superstar Dimitris Rizos brought together a concept that mixes aspects of both private villa living with that of a hotel, all in a position that grants panoramic views stretching across the southern coast of Mykonos and the neighbouring islands.
The main outdoor area of the property is at the aptly named “play house” unit that serves as a central gathering area for the guests. A grand pergola extends to the side of the building, covering the ever stylish lounge area and outdoor dining table equipped with a BBQ. A few steps down the pool terrace hosts the 15 mt heated lap pool and a few steps away from it the built-in Jacuzzi tub. Other furnished outdoor areas were conceived outside the suites as well, while for basketball enthusiasts a private half court is located just behind the play house.
The very same play house owes its name also to the interior spaces where a lounge area, the central kitchen of the property and the indoor dining area find space. The real treat of the unit though is the home cinema with its 4 mt wide screen, surround system and a pre-installed collection of 690 movies that can also be tapped into from the flat screen TVs present in each suite. The master suite is completely independent counting 120 square meters divided in living space, bedroom and en-suite bathroom while four suites are part of a more traditional structure and all appointed to the same standard. The same can be said for the new Gate House bedrooms as well, added in 2018 to increase the capacity and ultimately the quality of Dante. The attention to detail and quality of the materials used throughout the property set a benchmark hardly matched on the island.
